If your painting is not as expected, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact me via email to request a refund. Once we’ve agreed on the return, you’ll be responsible for securely packaging the artwork and arranging return delivery using the same service it was originally sent with.
Once the piece is safely returned in its original condition, I will process your refund within 14 days.
No returns on sale/discounted items.
We are not able to offer refunds or returns on framed paper prints.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/frame options or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
