By purchasing artwork from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Artwork
All original paintings and prints are created by me as a self-taught abstract realist artist. Each piece is unique; minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the handmade nature of my work.
3. Ordering
Orders can be placed through my website or agreed commissions via email. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
5. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the product:
Originals: Allow up to 5 business days for signing, varnishing, and packing.
Unframed Prints: 5–7 business days, as they are handmade to order.
Framed Prints: 10–14 business days, as they are finished by bespoke framers.
Shipping notifications with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds
If the artwork is not as expected, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a refund. Returns must be agreed upon before sending, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping using the original service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the artwork is returned in its original condition.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence if possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All artworks and images are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit permission is prohibited.
8. Commissions
Commissioned pieces are created based on mutual agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Final artworks may be subject to minor variations from initial sketches or concepts.
9. Limitation of Liability
While I strive to ensure accurate representation of my work, slight variations in colour or detail may occur due to screen settings or printing processes. I am not liable for any indirect damages arising from the purchase or use of the artwork.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
